Banana Oat Protein Shake Recipe
This quick and easy recipe was originally posted by Muscle & Strength. The recipe is a healthy yummy protein shake with banana, oats and your favourite protein powder flavour. This recipe also doubles as a quick and nutritious breakfast for those on the go. Another quick idea is to freeze the leftover smoothie into an ice cube tray so that you have got a very cold refreshing smoothie for the next time. Last creative idea is dipping strawberries in the shake and then freezing them for a quick summer snack!
Ingredients
- 8 oz skim milk (I used soy milk)
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 2 scoops of your favourite protein powder
Cooking Instructions
