Ingredients
- 2 1/2 Cups milk of choice (I used skim lactose free milk)
- 1 1/2 Cups of water
- 1 Whole cinnamon stick
- 8 Cloves
- 2 Black pepper corn
- 6 Dates
- 8 Whole cardamom (crushed)
- 1 Whole vanilla bean
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of ginger
- Drizzle of honey (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients, crush cardamom with the back of a spoon.
- Add all ingredients into a saucepan
- Simmer over medium heat until it smells aromatic
- Taste and add honey as desired
- Serve
