Ingredients
  1. 2 1/2 Cups milk of choice (I used skim lactose free milk)
  2. 1 1/2 Cups of water
  3. 1 Whole cinnamon stick
  4. 8 Cloves
  5. 2 Black pepper corn
  6. 6 Dates
  7. 8 Whole cardamom (crushed)
  8. 1 Whole vanilla bean
  9. Pinch of nutmeg
  10. Pinch of ginger
  11. Drizzle of honey (optional)
Instructions
  1. Prepare your ingredients, crush cardamom with the back of a spoon.
  2. Add all ingredients into a saucepan
  3. Simmer over medium heat until it smells aromatic
  4. Taste and add honey as desired
  5. Serve
