Sunday meal prep day!!!! Getting your nutrition right is a challenge so set yourself up for success by being prepared. Remember, preparation is key, the fight is already won before the battle is fought. . . Setting aside some time each week to prep your food for the week will simply take the stress away and will make it easier to stay on track during the week. If you have all your meals prepped and snacks ready to go then you have it all handy and there won’t be a need to grab take away foods that will sidetrack you from your goals. . . Remember to take small steps at a time. If you’re new to meal prepping I think it’s key to take small steps which will make it easier so stick to it. Remember that you don’t have to be a competing bodybuilder to prep meals, if you want a healthy lifestyle then meal prep is an essential element of success. . . Meal prep can simply include things as leftovers from a large meal that you cooked on the weekend and things such a protein shakes and bars. Throughout the day I supplement with both shakes and bars on top of my diet. Remember that these are supplementary only, I eat normal normal foods too. . .
