STEP 1 – Analyse Your Current Situation
Step 1 is to do an analysis of your current situation. This way we know what we’ve got and what we’re working with. Once we have a clear understanding of the current situation, we can get a proper diagnosis.

STEP 2 – Set A Realistic Goal
Step 2 is to accept your current situation for what it is, and set yourself a realistic goal.
Based on the findings in your worksheet (download the free worksheet here) you can be really honest with yourself and set a realistic goal.
A goal is something “to work towards to”, something to aspire to and something to strive for. This gives us direction in moving forward and helps create clarity.
STEP 3 – Take Action & Implement New Habits
Step 3 is to take action and implement new habits. Now that we have analysed our current situation in step 1, and have set a clear and realistic goal in step 2, it’s time to take action and implement habits to help us achieve our goal we set in step 2.
