Peanut Butter Banana Protein Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Oats
- 2 Bananas (or apple puree)
- 1 scoop (~25-30g) protein powder
- 2 tsp peanut butter
Instructions:
Mash bananas with a fork, add oats and protein powder, mix through until combined. Scoop dollops onto a baking tray and bake for approximately 15-20 mins.
