Baked Kale Chips Recipe Ingredients
- 1 Bunch of Kale (I bought mine at the local vege store for $2.99)
- sprinkle of Olive Oil or Coconut Oil
- (Herbamare) Salt or any other season that you like
Baked Kale Chips Method
- Preheat over on 175 degrees Celsius
- Wash Kale
- Chop up or tear up in big bite size pieces
- Toss in olive oil or coconut oil (I like to massage the oil into the pieces)
- Sprinkle with salt (or your other favourite seasoning)
- Lay out on oven tray (spread out)
- Bake for 10 – 15 mins until crisp (keep checking, don’t let this precious food burn)
