Hey guys as you know there are a million ways with protein powder especially when it comes to pancakes. Now I just wanted to share this super simple and quick recipe with you that actually doesn’t include protein powder. It’s a simple 3 ingredient recipe that you can easily make for breakfast or as a tasty snack.

Ingredients
  1. 200g Pure Egg Whites
  2. 5g Organic Cacao Powder
  3. 1g Indonesian Coconut Blossom Sugar
  4. Cinnamon to top
Instructions
  1. Heat up a small non stick frying pan
  2. Whisk egg whites till a tiny bit fluffy
  3. Add organic cacao powder and sugar, mix till combined
  4. Pour batter into frying pan and cover with lid
  5. Flip over after approx. 1 min and bake on other side with lid
  6. Serve with your favourite toppings such as low fat cottage cheese, cinnamon and berries
