A delicious nutritious simple breakfast recipe that will keep you going all morning long!

Ingredients
- 1 Whole egg
- 8 Basil leaves
- 1 Sachet of quick oats (or grind your own)
- 1 Scoop of cottage cheese for topping
- Couple of smoked salmon pieces for topping
Instructions
- Blend egg, basil and oats together in a Ninja / Isagenix blender till smooth
- Heat frying pan with your choice of oil
- Pour mixture into frying pan over medium heat
- Flip pancake
- Wait till golden brown on both sides
- Top with cottage cheese and salmon
