Getting creative with your favourite protein shake is fun! Mix it up with some different fruits and you’ll have a win every time! Today I tried this Blueberry Protein Shake and I think it’s a win. This shake is packed with goodness and tastes delicious too. Blueberries are considered one the world’s healthiest foods as they’re jam packed with antioxidants which fight free radicals that can cause damage to cells. Now, let’s have a look at what you’ll need for this blueberry protein shake recipe. All you need is a blender and the below ingredients:

- 1 small cup of blueberries (I used frozen but if you can get fresh ones that’s even better)
- dash of water (I added this to my frozen blueberries to help them defrost in the microwave for 20 seconds)
- 3/4 cup of soy milk (or whatever your favourite milk is)
- 1 scoop of your favourite protein powder (I used Optimum Nutrition Platinum Hydro Whey Vanilla)

- Add all ingredients in the blender and mix until well combined (approx. 2 mins)
