- 105g Pure Egg Whites
- 2g Ground Cinnamon
- 25g Light Ricotta
Topping
- 25g Light Cottage Cheese
Instructions
- Heat up non stick frying pan to medium heat.
- Whisk egg whites till opaque.
- Add ground cinnamon and ricotta.
- Whisk till combined.
- Pour into frying pan and bake till you can flip it over.
- Flip over and bake on the other side till done.
- Top with dollop of light cottage cheese and a dash of cinnamon
