Clean Mango Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 mango peeled and cubed
- 2 spoons of natural yoghurt (I used European style natural set yoghurt)
- 1 squirt of honey
- 1 tablespoon of LSA
- 1.5 cups of soy milk (or any other low fat milk you like)
Instructions:
Simply add all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
