Clean Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1 mango peeled and cubed
  • 2 spoons of natural yoghurt (I used European style natural set yoghurt)
  • 1 squirt of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of LSA
  • 1.5 cups of soy milk (or any other low fat milk you like)
Instructions:
Simply add all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
