- 400ml lactose free milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 Medium banana
- 2 Scoops of your favourite choc protein powder
- 1 Scoop of switch
- 1 teaspoon of protein peanut butter
- 20g table spoon of cacao nibs

- Add all ingredients into ninja blender. blend till smooth.
