What’s so healthy about this recipe?
- Rolled oats are a great carbohydrate to get you started for the day. They keep you full and are a good source of fibre which aids your digestion.

Gut Loving Green Breakfast Porridge Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/3 cups of rolled oats
- choice of milk or water
- 1 scoop of Switch Superfood
- 1 scoop of gelatin powder
Method
- Make your oats as per normal. I use 1/3 cup of old fashioned rolled oats with approximately 1/4 bowl of lactose free milk.
- Heat oats in a small pot or in microwave.
- Stir in 1 scoop of Switch Superfood
- Stir in 1 teaspoon of Gelatin Powder
- Optional: top with sultanas, coconut flakes and almonds – YUM!!
