I never actually set out to become a meditation writer.
It started in a messy, beautiful, and very human way—like most of my favorite things in life do. Somewhere between the noise of postpartum recovery, adrenal fatigue, and managing my PMDD and ADHD symptoms, I found myself craving more than just calm. I needed connection. A deeper one. One that made me feel seen, soothed, and safe.
So, I started writing meditations for myself.
They weren’t polished. They were scribbled in notebooks or whispered into voice memos while I walked barefoot outside, toddler on my hip, or while I sat on the floor of my bathroom trying to ground myself in the middle of an emotional spiral. They were honest. Sometimes raw. Often poetic. And deeply personal.
Why Personalized Meditations?
Because generic wasn’t working anymore.
I had listened to hundreds of guided meditations online. Some were beautiful, but many felt like they were written by someone who had never sat in the trenches with a mind that wouldn’t slow down or a heart that hurt for reasons it couldn’t quite explain. I needed something that spoke directly to my nervous system, my cycle, my lived experience.
So I began creating meditations that felt like medicine.
Ones that said the words I needed to hear during the luteal storm of PMDD. Ones that held space for mothers in moments of overstimulation. Ones that helped high-achievers like me unwind after pushing too hard for too long. Ones that guided people with ADHD to come back to the body, the breath, and the now.
Who These Meditations Are For
They’re for the ones who feel “too much” and “not enough” all at once.
They’re for the busy minds and tender hearts. For the cycle-trackers, the late-diagnosed, the high-functioning burnouts, the new mothers trying to reclaim their center, the deep feelers, the dreamers, the overthinkers, the ones rebuilding themselves quietly and gently.
My meditations are for you if…
- You’ve ever cried in the bathroom just to feel something other than numb.
- You know the weight of loneliness, even when your calendar is full.
- You long for rest, but your thoughts won’t let you sink into it.
- You want to connect to your higher self, but life keeps pulling you down.
- You believe healing isn’t one-size-fits-all—and neither should meditation be.
How It Helps
It’s not about perfection. It’s about presence.
Personalized meditation—whether I write it for myself, for a client, or for my Spotify listeners—creates a safe space for transformation. It gently rewires limiting beliefs. It invites stillness. It welcomes emotion without judgment. It empowers you to remember who you are before the world told you who to be.
Writing these meditations has also healed me. Every script I create carries a piece of my story and becomes part of someone else’s healing journey. That’s sacred. That’s why I haven’t stopped.
Final Thoughts
Meditation doesn’t need to be stiff or spiritual-sounding. It can be warm, poetic, funny, fierce, vulnerable. Just like us. If you’ve ever felt like traditional meditation didn’t quite “fit,” maybe you just needed something made for you.
And that’s what I do.
If this resonates with you, you’re welcome to explore the meditations I’ve written on Spotify, YouTube, or my website. And if you ever want one written just for you—your healing, your dreams, your journey—you know where to find me.
With love and presence,
