How To Live In The Present Moment | 2 Mindfulness Exercises 👁

Do you feel you’re all over the place not and living in the present moment? Do you want to be able to FEEL present right here right now?

Here are two exercises to try out to become more present in the moment.

Exercise 1: when you are out in nature, try to find 3 green things

Exercise 2: when you are out and about in nature, near the beach or in the forest, listen out for 3 different sounds

Switch off that busy brain and put your focus elsewhere… what can you see? what can you hear? It’s simple, yet very effective. Also great with kids, older family members or your co workers!
