This recipe is jam packed with nutrients and this protein smoothie will leave you feel nourished and revitalised. If you aren’t too keen on green smoothies, all I can say it to give it a try.
Smoothies don’t need to be all about fruit and dairy, you can simply make up your own (which is what I did) and get as creative as you want. You’ll soon learn what works and what doesn’t work. The best about this recipe is that it’s low in fat, low in carbs and HIGH in protein which is perfect whilst bodybuilding.

Ingredients
- 55 gram, Baby Leaf Spinach
- 50 gram, Kale, Raw
- 10 tablespoons, Fresh Mint
- 50 gram, Banana, Cavendish, Peeled, Raw
- 40.00 grams, SynthePure Protein Powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a ninja blender
- Add some ice cubes
- Add approx. 400ml (cold) water
- Blend until smooth
- Serve, sit back and relax
Notes
- Use your favourite protein powder but remember that the macros may change
- Replace water for milk if if fits your macros
