Low Fat Chocolate Protein Pancake Recipe

Ingredients
- 110g pure egg whites
- 10g chickpea flour
- 5g organic cacao powder
- 1ml concentrated vanilla extract
- 25g SynthePURE protein powder
Instructions
- Whisk egg whites till opaque
- Add chickpea flour and whisk till combined
- Add remaining ingredients and mix till combined
- Heat up frying pan, divide batter into 2
- Pour batter into frying pan, fry till golden, flip over and fry on the other side till done.
- Serve

- Top with your favourite fruit or low fat cottage cheese or syrup if it fits your macros
