Ingredients
  1. 110g pure egg whites
  2. 10g chickpea flour
  3. 5g organic cacao powder
  4. 1ml concentrated vanilla extract
  5. 25g SynthePURE protein powder
Instructions
  1. Whisk egg whites till opaque
  2. Add chickpea flour and whisk till combined
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix till combined
  4. Heat up frying pan, divide batter into 2
  5. Pour batter into frying pan, fry till golden, flip over and fry on the other side till done.
  6. Serve

  1. Top with your favourite fruit or low fat cottage cheese or syrup if it fits your macros
