Ingredients
- 100g Kale
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 400ml Water
- 113g Banana (1 medium banana)
- 46 grams Protein Powder
Instructions
- Chop kale finely and add to blender
- Squeeze juice of 1 lime onto blender
- Add 1 chopped banana
- Add your favourite protein powder.
