This Low Fat Protein Cookie Recipe is easy to make and can be great if you’re doing food prep for the week as the recipe makes 9 cookies.
You can easily use your own favourite protein powder but I chose to use the purest protein powder on the market SynthePURE WPI by Synthetek. Ok here’s how you make Low Fat Protein Cookies.
- 128 g, Black Beans Canned
- 75 gram, Light ricotta
- 20 g, Chickpea Flour
- 80 gram, pure egg whites
- 30 g, Rolled Oats
- 50 grams, SynthePure Protein Powder
- 11 g, Superfoods Organic Cacao Powder
- 5 g, Indonesian Coconut Blossom Sugar

Final Thoughts
Keep in mind that many recipes made with protein powder can become quite dry. To counter this, you can use soft/smooth ingredients like apple puree from the baby section or a mashed banana.
