Switch Smoothie Recipe #1 – Green Goodness
Ingredients:
- 1 Scoop Switch Superfood
- 2 Handfuls of fresh spinach leaves
- 1 Banana (ripe or frozen chopped into bits)
- 250-300ml choice of milk (or coconut water)
- 1 Scoop vanilla protein powder
Method:
- Add milk and banana into blender, then add the remaining ingredients and blend till smooth (if you add protein powder first, it may stick to the cup)
Switch Smoothie Recipe #2 – Berry Good
Ingredients:
- 1 Scoop Switch Superfood
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries (or mixed frozen berries)
- 1 Banana (ripe or frozen chopped into bits)
- 250-300ml choice of milk (or coconut water)
- 1 Scoop vanilla protein powder
Method:
- Add milk and banana into blender, then add the remaining ingredients and blend till smooth (if you add protein powder first, it may stick to the cup)

Ingredients:
- 1 Scoop Switch Superfood
- 1 Handful of frozen avocado
- 1 Big handful of fresh kale leaves (stems removed)
- 1 Banana (ripe or frozen chopped into bits)
- 250-300ml choice of milk (or coconut water)
- 1 Scoop vanilla protein powder
