Ingredients
  1. 1 orange, peeled & seeds removed
  2. 1/4 cup Greek style vanilla coconut milk yogurt
  3. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  4. 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  5. Optional: 2 teaspoons orange zest
  6. Your favourite protein powder
  7. 1/4 teaspoon glutamine (Optional)
  8. Ice Cubes
Instructions
  1. Using a high-powered blender, blend ice cubes.
  2. Add vanilla extract, orange juice, glutamine & protein powder, blend for about 3 minutes.
  3. Scrape down the sides of the blender if needed.
  4. Add the yogurt, orange, & orange zest (if applicable).
  5. Blend well.
  6. Pour, enjoy
