Simple and nutrient packed smoothie recipe for the ultimate winter boost!

Ingredients
- 1 orange, peeled & seeds removed
- 1/4 cup Greek style vanilla coconut milk yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- Optional: 2 teaspoons orange zest
- Your favourite protein powder
- 1/4 teaspoon glutamine (Optional)
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Using a high-powered blender, blend ice cubes.
- Add vanilla extract, orange juice, glutamine & protein powder, blend for about 3 minutes.
- Scrape down the sides of the blender if needed.
- Add the yogurt, orange, & orange zest (if applicable).
- Blend well.
- Pour, enjoy
