Ingredients
  1. 350 ml, 99.8% Fat Free Skim Milk
  2. 27 g, Dates
  3. 20 gram, Organic Cacao Powder
  4. 2 tablet, Articifical Sweetener Tablet
  5. 10 grams, Premium Beef Collagen for Muscle Repair
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients in a saucepan (except collagen)
  2. Simmer on medium heat till heated
  3. Serve in two cups
  4. Add 1 scoop of Premium Beef Collagen for Muscle Repair to each cup
