Gut Loving Breakfast Oats
Oh who doesn’t love a warm soothing bowl of oats on a cold morning? If you power your morning with oats, you might want to try this simple recipe that your gut is going to love! It might not look as fancy as those over the top cool smoothie bowls, but the nutrition is what counts!
Gut Loving Green Breakfast Oats Ingredients
- Make your oats as per normal (I use 1/3 cup of old fashioned rolled oats with approx. 1/4 bowl of hot water or milk)
- Stir in 1 scoop of Switch Superfood
- Stir in 1 teaspoon of Gelatin Powder
- Enjoy
