When life gets the better of you and you are struggling with time famine, your cortisol levels go up and your mood goes down…. Stress isn’t only a huge killer, it’s just a nasty feeling that can really make you feel run down, overwhelmed and anxious. 

In today’s busy world, many of us ignore the signs that our body is trying to tell us. We keep pushing through and we don’t take time to rest, so we get sick, run down or burnt out. When this happens it’s really time to hit the reset button. Here are some simple tips you can implement for optimal self care for the body mind and soul. 

Here Are Some Self-Care Practices You Can Start Now:

  1. Get a move on – Getting physically active may be the last thing you can think of right now, but moderate movement such as a brisk walk or swim will get blood flowing through your body and will help get rid of toxins, plus it will make you feel better. If you feel like it, why not
