How to Stay Healthy In Melbourne’s Hazardous Air Quality

Due to the recent (and ongoing) bushfires in Victoria, Melbourne’s air quality is currently at ranked at 332 – which is very unhealthy. Usually Melbourne’s air quality is amazing and sits around 20-30. 

To give you a comparison, Beijing’s air quality is currently at 42 and Brisbane is at 41 which is rated “good”.

This morning I decided to do my breathing exercise in the car because I believe the air quality is slightly better than my smoggy home….
