I love sweet potato and love trying new recipes so here we go, today’s creation: Spicy Coconut Sweet Potato Chips. I prefer cooking with coconut oil as it heats at a much higher temperature and it also tasted delicious! This simple recipe won’t take you long to prepare and will make a healthy snack. Bake a few on the weekend and take them to work as a yummy snack! I bet your colleagues will be jealous.

Spicy Coconut Sweet Potato Chips Ingredients

  • 1 Sweet potato
  • a drizzle of coconut oil
  • salt, pepper, chilli powder

Spicy Coconut Sweet Potato Chips Method

  1. Slice the sweet potato thinly and put in bowl
  2. Add coconut oil and toss around
  3. Add salt, pepper and chilli powder and toss around to ensure each piece is coated
  4. Put on oven tray and bake on 180 degrees celsius until golden/crisp
  5. Enjoy 🙂
