I love sweet potato and love trying new recipes so here we go, today’s creation: Spicy Coconut Sweet Potato Chips. I prefer cooking with coconut oil as it heats at a much higher temperature and it also tasted delicious! This simple recipe won’t take you long to prepare and will make a healthy snack. Bake a few on the weekend and take them to work as a yummy snack! I bet your colleagues will be jealous.
Spicy Coconut Sweet Potato Chips Ingredients
- 1 Sweet potato
- a drizzle of coconut oil
- salt, pepper, chilli powder
Spicy Coconut Sweet Potato Chips Method
- Slice the sweet potato thinly and put in bowl
- Add coconut oil and toss around
- Add salt, pepper and chilli powder and toss around to ensure each piece is coated
- Put on oven tray and bake on 180 degrees celsius until golden/crisp
