Here’s my super easy yummy healthy Strawberry Protein Smoothie recipe. Strawberries are back in season here in Australia so there’s plenty yummy punnets on sale! I like to add some ‘goodness’ to my smoothies to ensure my body gets all the nutrients it needs. To this smoothie I added flax seed/linseed which is very high omega 3 fatty acids.

Strawberry Protein Smoothie
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- Milk (full cream, fat free, soy, coconut)
- 1 scoop of your favourite protein powder
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseed
Instructions:
