“What is the one thing you can change between now and the end of this year to live a healthier & happier life?”

YES! 41 days till the end of 2019….. can you believe it?

Today’s message is one of reality. Today I want you to think about what it is that lies within your power that you can change to live a healthier & happier life(style).

Often people take a bullet gun approach and will tackle “living healthier” or “losing weight” by trying many different things at the same time. Some people will try a new diet, a new exercise regimen and new supplements all at the same time. Which MAY be effective for some, but how do you really know what is working? And how do you really know that this will be a sustainable approach for you?

My message to you is simple. Just pick ONE daily habit that you can implement NOW to live a healthier life. This can be as simple as:

  • Drinking more water
  • Replacing sugar for sweetener
  • Practicing gratitude
  • Meditating for 5 minutes 
  • Walking one lap around the oval
  • Sitting down whilst eating breakfast, lunch or dinner
